Mid-Carolina serves as the fiscal agent for the Regional Land Use Advisory Commission (RLUAC).  RLUAC is a non-profit 501(C)3 organization consisting of twenty-one units of local government-- eight counties and thirteen municipalities.  RLUAC works to coordinate land use decisions between Fort Liberty and local governments.
