The Rural Transportation Coordinating Committee (TCC) advises the RTAC by providing technical recommendations. It includes staff from local governments, the North Carolina Department of Transportation, and other relevant agencies. The TCC ensures that the planning process is well-coordinated and aligned with the region’s transportation goals.

Meeting Schedule
The TCC meets quarterly on the second Wednesday of the month. For the convenience of our members, they are held both in person at the East Regional Library, and via Microsoft Teams. All meetings are open to the public (a Teams link can be provided upon request).
